In my free time, I like to play soccer or basketball at the ARC. I am an advisor for learning assistants in the CLAP program here at UCI. I am a junior in applied physics currently doing research in laser and plasma physics, exploring interactions at extremely high power levels. I chose biophysics because I believe that long standing problems need new, innovative solutions. I'm a junior majoring in physics and math, with an emphasis in biomathematics. Involved in: Society of Physics Students president, biophysics research, peer tutor / learning assistant Laura Tucker ( Graduate Fellow: Rebecca Riley ( Resonance Fellows Coming soon! If you would like more information about Resonance, please contact Meet our Resonance fellows below, or view our curriculum. Resonance’s eventual aim is to realize a vertical mentoring system in which everyone in the department - undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, and faculty alike - both serve as mentors and are mentored themselves, creating interconnections and community at all stages of academia. The goal of the program is to provide community among physics and applied physics students, build excitement about physics, and help students navigate challenges of the first year.
